Design and build reliable production systems, APIs, data models, and service boundaries; modernize legacy systems; improve testing, security, observability, and reliability; review critical code; mentor engineers; and influence architecture and technical standards across the platform.

Lead architecture and delivery of complex platform initiatives, modernise legacy systems, design scalable full‑stack software, drive CI/CD and reliability, mentor engineers, respond to production incidents, and shape AI/LLM-assisted capabilities for claims, medical coding and billing automation.
