Provides total nursing care for residents, assesses and documents conditions, implements physician orders, administers medications and IVs, supervises and trains clinical staff, coordinates care and handles emergencies within state nursing practice regulations.

Provide and coordinate total nursing care for residents, assess and document condition, implement physician orders, administer medications and IVs, supervise LPNs/LVNs/CNAs, participate in staff training, manage unit scheduling, and support emergency and interdisciplinary care within state nursing practice regulations.

Prepare, portion, and serve meals and snacks per planned menus and therapeutic diets using proper food handling and safety. Maintain food temperatures, label and store food, clean dishes and work areas, monitor equipment and supplies, assist with receiving, and follow infection-control and safety procedures. Interact professionally with residents, families, and staff and attend training.

Oversee nursing operations at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility: supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor quality assurance and infection control, assess nursing care effectiveness, support staff development, and maintain positive public relations.

Provides basic nursing assistance to residents under supervision, helping with daily living activities including hygiene, bathing, feeding, mobility, vital signs, documentation, restorative care, and reporting to the charge nurse.

Coordinate staffing and schedules for a long-term care facility and support central supplies. Manage staff assignments, assist with shift coordination, and help maintain supply inventory and distribution to clinical units. Support administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
