Provides front-desk and clinical support in a multi-line healthcare clinic. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing forms and payments, maintaining electronic medical records, preparing exam rooms, assisting with minor procedures, performing basic diagnostic measurements, and handling confidential information.

Oversee daily operations of two healthcare clinics, including staffing, finances, supplies, equipment, reporting, compliance, patient and physician engagement, performance management, hiring, training, and business development. The manager ensures high-quality patient care, maintains service standards, implements organizational initiatives, safeguards EMR systems, and travels between clinic locations while supporting evening and weekend operations.

Provides walk-in primary medical care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment of acute and chronic conditions, examinations, preventive care, diagnostic test interpretation, referrals, treatment planning, and accurate EMR documentation. The physician collaborates with healthcare professionals, maintains regulatory compliance, and completes continuing medical education. The role is available full-time, part-time, or locum in Edmonton clinics.

Provides supervised clinical care, medical procedure assistance, patient preparation, vital-sign recording, specimen testing, wound care, and clinic administration. The role also involves patient registration, scheduling, medical charting, document handling, supply maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and physician support. CPR Health Care Provider BLS certification is required, along with a medical degree, MCCEE or MCCQE completion, EMR experience, strong communication, organizational, clinical, and customer service skills.

Assists the Clinic Manager with daily clinic operations, staffing, performance management, hiring, training, supplies, compliance, patient concerns, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Leads administrative and medical support teams, supports patient and physician satisfaction, safeguards Med Access, and trains new physicians on the EMR. Requires a business-related college diploma, 1–2 years of clinic experience, strong customer service and communication skills, adaptability, organization, and confidentiality with health information.

Provide primary care at walk-in clinics: assess, diagnose, treat acute and chronic conditions, order/interpret tests, deliver preventive care and vaccinations, document in EMR, coordinate referrals, and maintain regulatory CME and liability coverage.

Provide supervised patient care and clinical procedures (injections, wound care, sutures, vitals, urinalysis, ear flushing), assist physicians with minor procedures, maintain sterile supplies, and perform administrative duties including patient registration, charting, scheduling, and EMR documentation.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and models; conduct data mining and benchmarking; build dashboards; support annual budgeting and cross-functional strategic projects; evaluate capital expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities to guide financial strategy.
