The role involves conducting independent Utilization Reviews for Gastroenterology, requiring flexible hours of 1-2 per week. Candidates must be Board-Certified physicians with a valid Oregon medical license and 5 years of clinical experience.

Deliver strategic reporting and insights to executives and the Board; develop and track KPIs; build dashboards and visuals; perform ad hoc and project-based analyses; support forecasting, financial modeling, and data stewardship across the organization.

Senior technical leader designing, governing, and optimizing Azure cloud infrastructure. Owns architecture, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD, cloud migrations, hybrid connectivity, identity/security, observability, incident response, compliance (HITRUST/SOC2/HIPAA), mentoring teams, and supporting critical production events.

Board-certified nephrologist will perform independent, remote utilization and peer reviews as an independent contractor (1099). Flexible commitment (1–2 hours/week) with daytime availability for peer-to-peer calls. Must hold a Texas medical license, MD/DO degree, board certification in nephrology, and at least five years clinical experience; comply with HIPAA.
