Remote, commission-based sales role handling inbound/outbound calls to convert leads into subscribers. Use provided laptops/headsets and tools (Salesforce, Five9, Microsoft apps) to document activity, meet sales targets, and complete at least 75 calls per 8.5-hour shift. Must reside in specified states, complete background/drug screening, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Paid training provided.

Lead monitoring center vendor relationships and operational performance, establish SLAs and SOPs, analyze metrics, drive continuous improvement, and build a Quality Assurance function to monitor, evaluate, coach, and implement quality technologies across Member Experience.

Lead hands-on design, build, and operation of Databricks/Azure-based batch and real-time IoT/telemetry data pipelines and platform. Deliver reliable data products, streaming ingestion, APIs, and production-ready services; manage and mentor engineers; define architecture, observability, data quality, governance, and ML/AI enablement for operational and analytics use cases.
