Owns application architecture, shared frameworks, technical standards, and production code across backend, IoT, and customer-facing systems. Leads modernization from PHP to C#/.NET cloud-native services on Azure, including AKS, messaging, APIs, observability, and CI/CD. Provides technical mentorship and limited line management while partnering with PMO, infrastructure, and engineering leadership. Builds production agentic AI workflows using agent frameworks, RAG, tool calling, and MCP, with strong emphasis on reliability and governance.

Lead hands-on design, build, and operation of Databricks/Azure-based batch and real-time IoT/telemetry data pipelines and platform. Deliver reliable data products, streaming ingestion, APIs, and production-ready services; manage and mentor engineers; define architecture, observability, data quality, governance, and ML/AI enablement for operational and analytics use cases.

Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical development, including data extensions, SQL segmentation, journeys, automations, APIs, integrations, personalization, QA, governance, compliance, reporting, and data quality. Maintain Marketing Cloud Connect and Knak integrations, protect healthcare-related data, manage consent workflows, and ensure accurate data flows across Salesforce and reporting platforms. Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Analytics teams across multiple brands and business units.

Develops and oversees healthcare compliance programs covering Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, audits, risk management, corrective action plans, training, investigations, and regulatory reporting. Partners with legal, IT, operations, and leadership to integrate compliance into products, systems, contracts, and organizational processes. Maintains policies and documentation while educating stakeholders and ensuring adherence to state and federal healthcare requirements.

Work remotely handling inbound and outbound sales calls, converting qualified leads into subscribers, documenting activities in Salesforce and other provided systems, overcoming objections, and meeting daily sales targets. Representatives must complete at least 75 calls per shift, maintain ethical customer interactions, and work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role is fully commission-based and includes paid training.

Owns enterprise database platforms, including SQL Server and Azure databases, with responsibility for administration, performance, security, availability, backup and recovery, disaster readiness, automation, incident response, and compliance. Develops database tooling and deployment workflows using PowerShell, T-SQL, and Python; supports cloud adoption, observability, capacity planning, and platform modernization. Partners with Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Operations, AI/ML, Security, Compliance, and Architecture teams while serving as the primary database subject matter expert.

Leads Data Operations, including reporting, dashboards, data warehouse and dbt model oversight, data quality, governance, service levels, incident response, and stakeholder prioritization. Manages and develops data professionals while partnering with Data Engineering, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture. Ensures reliable, secure, well-documented data services and protects PHI through appropriate access, privacy, lineage, retention, and monitoring controls.
