Maintain and QA Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions and automations, manage daily data delivery from PEGA, troubleshoot SFMC errors, administer communication codes, complete activation tickets in Azure DevOps, and coordinate with campaign, strategy, and production teams to ensure timely, compliant email deployments and process improvements.

Support lead product owners as a marketing campaign product owner: translate strategy into actionable campaigns and user stories, prioritize backlogs, coordinate cross-channel execution (paid, owned, earned), manage agency relationships, analyze performance and insights, and ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment to drive adoption, engagement, retention and business goals.

Design and deliver user-centered visual experiences across products. Create on-brand compositions, style guides, and prototypes; document specs for developers; collaborate with teams to define visual identity; influence UX goals, ensure accessibility and consistency, and support implementation and testing while managing multiple projects under deadlines.
