WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FITS IN BIGGER PICTURE:

We like to think of ourselves as learning implementers – practitioners at heart, committed to action and iteration, yet equally dedicated to measuring, learning, and improving everything we do.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in building the organization’s most important asset, its people. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across levels, ensuring alignment with Medha’s mission and culture.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment while continuously strengthening processes, candidate experience, and employer branding. By enabling the organization to hire the right talent at the right time, you will directly contribute to Medha’s growth and impact.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support in onboarding process.
  • Maintain a database of strong candidates who may be considered for future opportunities.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Analyze the key barriers in our abilities to attract and retain talent and work closely with HR to help strengthen the organization’s positioning as an attractive non-profit to work for.
  • Identify and develop relationships with avenues and agencies (such as headhunters, recruitment portals, alumni and partner networks, colleges and universities) who can help us recruit talent.
  • Perform additional tasks, as required, by the People dept.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and closing roles across levels
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate funnel management, and selection processes
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Strong communication, influencing, and candidate engagement skills
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools (Zoho Recruit or similar), Excel, and tracking systems.
