Hands-on Accountant responsible for month-end close, reconciliations, group consolidation, tax and audit compliance, management reporting, and general ledger maintenance across New Zealand and Australia. The role also leads process automation and finance system improvements, supports business teams, and mentors three Accounting Assistants. Candidates should have accounting qualifications, CPA/CA certification or be working toward it, finance systems experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Manage day-to-day office operations, including visitors, calls, supplies, facilities, maintenance, and workplace amenities. Support HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment administration, employee rewards, events, budgets, workplace health and safety, credit card reconciliations, records, and ad hoc projects. Collaborate with People & Capability, Accounts, employees, doctors, clients, and building management.
