Own full sales cycle, open new hospital and health system logos, navigate complex buying committees, negotiate MSAs and multi-product agreements, manage 3-6 month sales cycles, and partner cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success and influence product and GTM strategy.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flex marketplace. Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery through launch, use data and research to prioritize, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, measure outcomes, and apply AI/LLMs pragmatically to improve matching, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.
