Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to generate patient referrals and admissions. Act as a patient advocate by coordinating with patients, clinicians, and referring providers to support quality outcomes. Manage and prioritize accounts, develop strategic growth plans, meet referral volume expectations, forecast needs, and communicate effectively across the healthcare delivery team.

Supports a Senior Account Executive through the full sales cycle, including prospecting healthcare providers, qualifying opportunities, presentations, account onboarding, relationship management, pipeline tracking, and revenue growth. The role also coordinates with laboratory operations, billing, compliance, marketing, and product teams while explaining genetic testing services and supporting clinical staff.

Manages daily wound clinic operations, supervises nursing and technician staff, coordinates scheduling and inventory, performs nursing procedures and direct patient care, administers treatments, assists with specialized procedures, provides advanced wound care, documents patient status in the EHR, and supports patient and family education.
