Manages daily operations of a wound medicine clinic, supervises nursing and technical staff, coordinates schedules, workflows, supplies, and billing approvals, and provides direct nursing care. Performs wound treatments, dressing changes, medication administration, venipuncture, specialized procedure assistance, patient education, documentation, wound photography, and communication with providers and interdisciplinary teams.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to generate patient referrals and admissions. Act as a patient advocate by coordinating with patients, clinicians, and referring providers to support quality outcomes. Manage and prioritize accounts, develop strategic growth plans, meet referral volume expectations, forecast needs, and communicate effectively across the healthcare delivery team.

Manages daily wound medicine clinic operations, supervises nursing and technical staff, coordinates scheduling and workflows, controls inventory and supplies, and supports billing approvals. Provides direct nursing care, wound treatments, medication administration, specialized procedures, patient education, venipuncture, documentation, photo documentation, and interdisciplinary care coordination under MD/NP/PA supervision. Requires an active, unencumbered LPN/RN license and accredited nursing education.
