Manages daily wound medicine clinic operations, supervises nursing and technical staff, oversees scheduling, productivity, inventory, workflows, and patient-care coordination. Provides direct nursing care, wound treatments, medication administration, specialized procedure support, patient education, documentation, photo records, and interdisciplinary communication under MD, NP, or PA supervision. Maintains sterile technique, performs approved venipuncture, and ensures compliance with applicable nursing standards and facility procedures.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to generate patient referrals and admissions. Act as a patient advocate by coordinating with patients, clinicians, and referring providers to support quality outcomes. Manage and prioritize accounts, develop strategic growth plans, meet referral volume expectations, forecast needs, and communicate effectively across the healthcare delivery team.
