Support the full recruitment cycle, connect with candidates, assist with onboarding, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Lead development and delivery of external communications and media relations strategies to support EMCI business objectives. Act as primary media contact and spokesperson, monitor news, manage reputation/crisis communications, and build relationships with media and health partners. Produce messaging, press releases, Q&As, internal/external content, monthly media reports, and counsel senior leaders. Work collaboratively across Medavie/EMCI, support translation and design needs, provide on-call crisis support, and manage proactive earned media activities.

Manage relationships with national corporate groups; coordinate internal teams to deliver customized group benefits service; support renewals and client retention; present/promote products; organize governance meetings and tailored client campaigns.
