Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare, insurance, and customer service roles: source, screen bilingual candidates, coordinate with hiring leaders, use Workday ATS, execute offers, support unionized (QC) hiring, and represent Medavie at career events to build talent pipelines.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for IT hardware, software, and services. Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations, perform spend analysis and cost optimization, collaborate with IT/Legal/Finance, improve procurement processes and tools, ensure compliance, and leverage market and AI insights to drive value.
