Process and audit bi-weekly payroll, manage employee changes in HRIS systems, respond to payroll inquiries, prepare payroll and year-end reports, administer benefits and pensions, issue T4s, and ensure compliance with union agreements, company policies, and government requirements.

Provides scheduling, workforce coordination, inventory and logistics management, equipment coordination, and administrative support to operations leadership. Maintains staffing schedules, coordinates coverage and leave, manages supplies and equipment, supports procurement and vendor appointments, reconciles inventory, and contributes to process improvement, accreditation, quality, and operational readiness initiatives across healthcare operations.

Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, current clients, and prospective clients in Ontario’s group insurance market. Execute sales strategies, manage an assigned business portfolio, achieve new business, retention, execution, and profitability targets, coordinate with service and underwriting teams, deliver sales presentations and seminars, and identify business development opportunities.
