Resolve delays, rejections, and discrepancies; complete escalated enrollments; maintain accurate provider records; provide client updates; and serve as a subject matter expert on payer-specific policies and enrollment processes.

Lead and develop an implementation project management team delivering mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS implementations. Establish scalable processes, staffing models, KPIs, project plans, SOW pricing, and operating cadences. Oversee technical integrations, workflow configurations, customer escalations, cross-functional alignment, go-lives, handoffs, and paid-services profitability while improving implementation speed, utilization, quality, and margins.

Build and ship production-grade features across frontend and backend, scope and lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to product and technical roadmap using the company tech stack.
