Provide on-site technical ownership for robot deployments: setup, calibration, troubleshooting hardware/software/networking, lead high-quality data capture, support teleoperation workflows, coordinate with remote teams, document issues and improve field processes.

Owner of hardware operations for cameras, sensors, and data-capture systems: manage production with Chinese manufacturers, coordinate global logistics and customs, negotiate and manage suppliers, ensure deployment readiness, and build processes for inventory, tracking, and shipping while working closely with engineering and field teams to resolve production issues and optimize cost and timelines.

Lead and scale Mecka's Vietnam operations end-to-end: build and manage local teams, own country P&L and budgets, deliver customer programs to quality and schedule, establish local SOPs and vendor relationships, ensure compliance and risk management, and represent Mecka to customers and partners.

Lead Mecka AI's growth function end-to-end: own paid acquisition, inbound demand generation, PR, content, and funnel optimization. Build campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, track metrics and ROI, partner with sales/product, and scale narrative and pipeline globally.

Lead and own firmware and edge platform architecture for a wearable capture device. Drive firmware-hardware-silicon interfaces, power/thermal and data integrity, OTA reliability, testing/diagnostics strategy, post-mortems, and grow/mentor the embedded team while coordinating with factory and cross-functional partners.

Lead and build Mecka AI's finance function across the US parent and international subsidiaries, owning accounting, tax, financial operations, ERP and controls. Manage close, audits, filings, cross-border tax strategy, systems implementation, intercompany processes, financial modeling, and partner with founders on strategy, fundraising, and scaling the finance team.

Lead the end-to-end tactile glove program from concept to volume: define product requirements and roadmap, drive design and sensor quality, manage suppliers and manufacturing ramp (EVT/DVT/PVT), establish production test/QA and calibration, and coordinate pilot deployments to validate field reliability and data quality.
