Lead Mecka's legal and compliance functions across privacy, commercial contracting, employment, outside counsel management, and AI/robotics regulatory risk across Canada, the US, and China. Build privacy and data-governance programs, draft and negotiate data licensing and deployment agreements, establish employment and contractor templates, run legal operations and counsel relationships, and provide board-ready risk reporting to enable secure, scalable deployments and revenue growth.

Develop proprietary foundation models for 3D hand tracking, articulated pose estimation, mesh recovery, and hand-object interaction. Train large-scale vision architectures across multi-GPU clusters using massive egocentric manipulation datasets. Innovate on biomechanically constrained losses, temporal modeling, contact and physics-aware tracking, tactile-visual fusion, and robotics perception pipelines. Rapidly prototype solutions for emerging hardware and embodied AI challenges.

Build and maintain production web applications supporting data labeling, data capture, and global operations. Develop React and TypeScript frontends, Node.js or Python backend services, APIs, workflows, permissions, and data integrations. Own features end to end from design through deployment, monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and integrate AI capabilities into internal tools. Collaborate with operators, data teams, stakeholders, and senior engineers to deliver maintainable, reliable software.
