Provide front-desk and administrative support for a learning center: greet guests, manage scheduling and phone lines, verify new patient paperwork, handle emails, maintain supplies and lobby, create documents (Canva/Excel), assist with equipment maintenance and center events, and respond to staff and family requests.

Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism while participating in MeBe's Candidate Program. Implement and update treatment and behavior intervention plans, conduct parent training, score and administer assessments (VB-MAPP, EFL, AFLS, Vineland), analyze data, support program development, and participate in supervised fieldwork and training toward BCBA certification.

Manage end-to-end revenue cycle for ABA, Speech, and OT services: submit and correct claims, follow up on A/R and appeals, process secondary billing and refunds, comply with audits, update insurance billing practices, assist staff with billing inquiries, and support A/R clean-up and process improvements.

Develops and oversees ABA programs for children with ASD in home, clinic, and community settings. Conducts assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland III, FBA), creates treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervises and trains RBTs, provides direct services, implements parent training, and ensures billing/authorization compliance.
