Builds relationships with pediatric providers and referral partners across a local territory, explains MeBe’s ABA services and referral process, communicates availability, coordinates outreach events, tracks activity in a CRM, and supports marketing materials and provider communications. The role focuses on generating qualified referrals, maintaining partnerships, managing outreach schedules, and contributing to growth goals while representing MeBe in the community.

Provides behavior-analytic services for children with autism and other special needs across home, community, and clinic settings. Conducts assessments, develops treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervises RBTs, delivers direct therapy, trains parents, monitors client progress, and coordinates services while meeting authorization and documentation requirements.

Lead the clinical, operational, financial, and people-management success of an ABA learning center. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality interdisciplinary ABA, speech, and occupational therapy services; coaching clinical leaders; managing revenue, staffing, utilization, and profitability; recruiting and retaining staff; building a strong culture; improving family experiences; resolving concerns; and strengthening community relationships.

Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments for children with autism and developmental delays; develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans; coach parents; train and support Registered Behavior Technicians; analyze progress data; and adjust evidence-based interventions to promote skill development.

Conduct behavioral and skill assessments for young children with autism and developmental delays, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, coach parents, train Certified Behavior Technicians, and analyze progress data to adjust interventions and improve outcomes.

Provides clinical care for children with autism and special needs while mentoring BCBAs, reviewing clinical programming, conducting assessments and FBAs, managing a client caseload, supervising cases, delivering parent training, monitoring clinical metrics, and supporting clinic leadership and crisis management.

Manage healthcare accounts receivable from claim submission through payment. Research and resolve denials, rejections, underpayments, overpayments, recoupments, and payment discrepancies; submit corrected claims, appeals, and supporting documentation; maintain detailed claim records; monitor filing deadlines and payer requirements; assist with audits, refunds, adjustments, and process improvement; and support providers and internal teams with billing and insurance questions.

Provides clinical leadership for BCBAs, conducts assessments and functional behavior assessments, manages a client caseload, supervises clinical programming, trains parents, reviews cases, supports clinical metrics, mentors clinicians, and assists with clinic leadership and crisis management.
