Lead and mentor BCBA staff, review clinical programming and assessments, conduct initial assessments and FBAs, maintain a billable caseload, provide supervision and parent training, support clinic leadership and KPIs, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

Serve as a mentor and model RBT while providing direct client care most of the week. Float/cover as needed, perform BTSS onboarding duties, run regional test-outs, ensure payor-required credential completion, and conduct scheduled new-hire check-ins at 2, 30, 60, and 90 days.

Lead and mentor BCBAs at a MeBe Learning Center; ensure clinical excellence by reviewing programming and assessments, conduct initial assessments and FBAs, maintain a two-tiered caseload, meet weekly billable hours, provide supervision and parent training, support clinic KPIs, and participate in leadership development and coverage for the Site Director.

Lead clinical, operational, and financial performance of a Learning Center delivering ABA and allied therapies. Coach clinical leaders, recruit and retain staff, grow the center responsibly, monitor revenue and utilization, solve operational challenges with data, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure outstanding family and clinical outcomes.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a learning center: greet guests, manage scheduling and phone lines, verify new patient paperwork, handle emails, maintain supplies and lobby, create documents (Canva/Excel), assist with equipment maintenance and center events, and respond to staff and family requests.
