Provide BCBA clinical services for early intervention: assess using VB-MAPP/Vineland/EFL/AFLS/BRIEF, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, coach parents, train and supervise CBTs, analyze progress data, and adjust interventions to support children with autism.

As a BCBA, you'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide parent coaching, deliver training to RBTs, and analyze data to track progress for children with autism and developmental delays.

Lead clinical and day-to-day operations of an ABA learning center, overseeing interdisciplinary services (ABA, SLP, OT). Ensure treatment fidelity, compliance (HIPAA, BACB, payer), budgeting, staffing, scheduling, client relations, and community outreach. Serve as the Learning Center front desk: greet families, manage scheduling and paperwork, handle emails and phone lines, maintain supplies and lobby, create basic documents (Canva/Excel), coordinate events, and support staff with administrative tasks and equipment upkeep.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Learning Center: manage scheduling and phone lines, verify new patient paperwork, greet guests, respond to emails and inquiries, create documents (Canva, Excel), maintain supplies and lobby, coordinate equipment maintenance and center events, and perform general office duties.

Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs, review and refine clinical programming and assessments, maintain a billable caseload (22.5 weekly), conduct initial assessments and FBAs, supervise and observe BCBAs, deliver parent training, support clinic KPIs, and participate in leadership development and coverage for the Site Director.

Serve as coach and mentor for BCBAs at a learning center: oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments and FBAs, maintain a 2-tiered caseload, meet 22.5 weekly billable hours, provide supervision and parent training, observe and give feedback, and support site leadership and clinician KPIs.
