Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs across home, clinic, and community settings. Conduct assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, AFLS, Vineland III), create treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervise and train RBTs, provide direct services under BCBA supervision, implement parent training curricula, and manage documentation and client authorization utilization.

Provide BCBA services specializing in early intervention: assess behavior and skills (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, BRIEF), design and oversee individualized treatment plans, coach parents, train and supervise RBTs, analyze progress data, and adjust evidence-based interventions to support children with autism.
