Join MeBe as a Behavior Technician while pursuing your BCBA. Gain hands-on training, mentorship, and support to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Serve as the Learning Center front desk: greet families, manage scheduling and paperwork, handle emails and phone lines, maintain supplies and lobby, create basic documents (Canva/Excel), coordinate events, and support staff with administrative tasks and equipment upkeep.

Serve as coach and mentor for BCBAs at a learning center: oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments and FBAs, maintain a 2-tiered caseload, meet 22.5 weekly billable hours, provide supervision and parent training, observe and give feedback, and support site leadership and clinician KPIs.
