Teams at MeBe

Provides evidence-based ABA services for children with autism across home, community, and clinic settings. Conducts behavioral and skill assessments, develops treatment and behavior intervention plans, delivers direct services, trains parents, and supervises Behavior Technicians under BCBA oversight. The role also monitors authorization utilization, evaluates client progress, participates in clinical meetings, and supports individualized treatment planning through play-based, research-informed care.

Conduct behavioral and skill assessments for young children with autism and developmental delays, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, coach parents, train Certified Behavior Technicians, and analyze progress data to adjust interventions and improve outcomes.

Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism while participating in MeBe's Candidate Program. Implement and update treatment and behavior intervention plans, conduct parent training, score and administer assessments (VB-MAPP, EFL, AFLS, Vineland), analyze data, support program development, and participate in supervised fieldwork and training toward BCBA certification.
