Serves as the primary customer contact for a meat processing and distribution operation. Responsibilities include entering orders, answering inquiries, communicating pricing and delivery issues, preparing shipping documents, processing invoices and credits, coordinating with sales, production, logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong organization, data-entry accuracy, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems.

Receive, inspect, organize, pick, pack, and ship meat products and warehouse materials. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning equipment; maintain inventory accuracy; load and unload trucks; transport materials; keep work areas safe and organized; identify hazards; and follow food safety, sanitation, PPE, and warehouse procedures in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Maintain and manage product master data, costing, and pricing in the ERP. Execute weekly pricing updates, support contract pricing logic and RFP pricing, perform audits, and improve product categorization. Act as data steward across Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate, scalable pricing and cost data.

Supervise daily meat processing, packaging, and distribution operations to meet production goals, quality, and food safety standards. Lead and train staff, enforce USDA/GMP/HACCP compliance, coordinate with QA, Shipping, and Maintenance, monitor yields and inventory, manage scheduling and performance, investigate issues, complete production documentation, and support continuous improvement.
