Provides administrative and operational support to the Dallas Sales Team by entering and monitoring customer orders, assisting with quotes and pricing, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining account records, and coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, transportation, and operations teams. The role also follows up on backorders, shortages, credits, and customer concerns while ensuring accurate, timely service and compliance with company procedures.

Leads daily local transportation operations, including dispatch, routing, driver accountability, customer service, safety, DOT compliance, fleet coordination, and regulatory documentation. Develops operating procedures, coaches drivers, monitors route efficiency and overtime, manages performance metrics, supports cost reduction, and maintains audit-ready records. Oversees driver recruitment and retention while ensuring reliable, compliant delivery operations.

Maintain and manage product master data, costing, and pricing in the ERP. Execute weekly pricing updates, support contract pricing logic and RFP pricing, perform audits, and improve product categorization. Act as data steward across Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate, scalable pricing and cost data.
