Serve as primary HR contact delivering employee support across HR operations, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS (Paycom) administration, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and execute integrated digital marketing strategies focused on social media, paid media, email marketing, content creation, and analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition. Manage content planning, community engagement, campaign optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to support organizational goals.

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for a behavioral health facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality assessment and therapy services, program development, budget participation, performance improvement, and supervision of clinical staff.
