Provide one-on-one neurofeedback and biofeedback sessions, record baseline profiles and ongoing progress, maintain equipment, assist scheduling, communicate patient status with treatment team, and uphold confidentiality and safety while supporting patients with mental health and substance use conditions.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for administration/operations: greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, process mail, fax/scan/copy, relay messages, transcribe minutes, maintain confidentiality, and support patient-safety communications during afternoon/evening shifts including one weekend shift.

Clinical Interns observe and learn individual, group, and family therapy; intake, treatment planning, documentation, multidisciplinary treatment, discharge planning, and patient safety processes. They attend clinical lectures, trainings, and meetings while maintaining confidentiality, coordinating projects, recording meeting minutes, and communicating observations to staff. The role requires pursuing a master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field leading to counseling, social work, or human services.
