Coordinates administrative and operational activities for virtual outpatient behavioral health programs. Maintains workflows, tracks priorities, prepares performance reports, supports regulatory compliance, schedules treatment services, coordinates patient intake through discharge, monitors drug screens, and assists clinicians with referrals and continuing care services.

Provides direct behavioral health patient care under RN supervision, including monitoring patient conditions, responding to behavioral crises, assisting with daily activities, administering and documenting medications, supporting treatment plans, facilitating groups, maintaining safety, and communicating concerns to the treatment team.

Leads overall operations and performance for a healthcare campus, overseeing service delivery, financial management, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and staff leadership. Manages budgets, P&L oversight, data-informed decision-making, licensing and accreditation compliance, patient-care quality, employee development, and organizational growth. Reports operational findings to the CEO, collaborates across departments, supervises staff, and ensures facility standards and performance goals are achieved.
