The Principal Scientist I will lead immunoanalytical method development, provide technical expertise, mentor junior staff, and ensure client communication and regulatory compliance.

Execute ligand binding, molecular assays, and flow cytometry under senior guidance. Operate ELISA, PCR, and related platforms, process and analyze data, prepare client-ready summaries, and support process improvements while collaborating across teams.

The Principal Scientist I will develop and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and lead research initiatives.

The Research Associate will perform LC-MS/MS assays, process data, develop lab skills, and collaborate with colleagues to streamline procedures.

Perform laboratory and vivarium operational tasks including sample and consumable receipt, storage and inventory management, biological/chemical waste handling, metrology coordination, and maintaining lab organization. Work under close direction to support fast-paced CRO operations and assist with other assigned duties.

Execute and lead in-vivo oncology rodent studies including dosing, sample collection, data review, and protocol/report generation. Train and mentor junior staff, communicate study status, support process improvements, and adhere to animal welfare and regulatory practices in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Prepare, format, and assemble scientific client reports; maintain templates and controlled documents; implement Data QC; manage deliverable tracking in Smartsheet; support document control (versioning, change management, retention); archive management; ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards; collaborate across scientific and operational teams.
