The Production Specialist is responsible for operating in a fast-paced steel foundry environment, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality production standards. Candidates must be physically capable and willing to work shifts and overtime.

Lead and mentor a crusher wear-parts design team, manage engineering projects and ECOs, drive product development using 3D CAD, reverse engineering and scanning technologies, optimize crusher chambers using field data, and manage CAD/PDM environments and licensing.

The Melting Operations Engineer coordinates melting and pouring operations, supports process control and quality compliance, and promotes safety. They assist in workforce management and continuous improvement initiatives, including new equipment integration.

Work in a foundry producing track pads for the Artemis program: perform molding, melting, pouring, finishing, grinding, inspection, operate equipment, maintain quality and safety, and collaborate with a production team.
