Partner with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to analyze commercial performance, support forecasting and planning, develop insights and recommendations, and prepare executive summaries and management reporting to improve revenue, profitability, and forecast accuracy using Power BI, planning software, and AI-enabled tools.

Design and improve cast metal components, tooling, gating, risering, and processes. Evaluate customer drawings/3D models, create CAD models, support casting simulations, troubleshoot defects, and support production launches, cost estimating, and continuous improvement in foundry environments.

The Production Specialist is responsible for operating in a fast-paced steel foundry environment, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality production standards. Candidates must be physically capable and willing to work shifts and overtime.
