Coordinates customer orders from entry through delivery, including shipment tracking, documentation, customs status, delivery scheduling, and customer communications. The role collaborates with warehouses, freight providers, manufacturing facilities, and cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues, maintain accurate records, support order processing, and improve supply chain and customer service processes.

Design and improve cast metal components, tooling, gating, risering, and processes. Evaluate customer drawings/3D models, create CAD models, support casting simulations, troubleshoot defects, and support production launches, cost estimating, and continuous improvement in foundry environments.
