The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal advisory and support to clients across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE. The role requires strong drafting skills, practical legal understanding, and the ability to manage client relationships independently.

Shareholder agreements
Employment contracts
NDAs and service agreements
Company incorporation and structuring
Corporate governance matters
Compliance (CIT, ESR, UBO, AML as applicable)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Law
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements and contracts.
- Familiarity with UAE company formation procedures, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools.
