Provides expert guidance to physicians, practice staff, leadership, legal teams, and external partners while analyzing enrollment data, mitigating risks, supporting payer participation strategies, and delivering training and executive-level insights.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, presentations, action items, and confidential information. Coordinates with executives, Board members, employees, and external partners; supports strategic projects, events, and business operations; and improves administrative processes. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, discretion, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business collaboration tools.

Own and harden on-premises and hybrid infrastructure across network, server, cloud, identity, and security platforms. Lead patching, vulnerability remediation, zero-day response, OS hardening, PKI and certificate management, segmentation, firewall and wireless security, privileged access, logging, and Azure security posture improvements. Support HIPAA, penetration test, and risk assessment remediation while maintaining 24/7 reliability, documenting procedures, and coordinating with Security, DevOps, project managers, and data center teams.

Prepares practice-level financial statements, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger entries, cost allocations, budgets, variance analyses, and audit schedules. Manages practice cash balances, reviews purchase orders, and presents financial results to physicians and stakeholders. Responds to financial inquiries and provides analysis and decision support to physician practices and operational leaders.

Leads HR operations covering benefits, leave administration, payroll oversight, compliance, HR systems, employee data, and lifecycle processes. Partners with Finance, Legal, IT, vendors, and business leaders to maintain accurate, compliant, efficient operations. Drives process improvement, automation, controls, documentation, reporting, and employee service delivery while coaching HR operations team members.

Leads and scales marketing operations by improving workflows, automation, demand planning, ordering experiences, and operational efficiency. Manages marketing initiatives end to end, including timelines, budgets, vendors, and outcomes. Identifies cost-saving opportunities and uses data, AI-based planning tools, and cross-functional collaboration to drive proactive, scalable marketing execution.

Creates persuasive, audience-focused copy for physicians and patients across paid social, advertorials, white papers, email, landing pages, brochures, and member communications. Conducts competitive research, maintains brand voice and compliant templates, uses AI tools to scale content production, and partners across teams on physician recruitment, practice transitions, patient acquisition, and retention. Presents creative concepts to stakeholders while managing projects independently across the full marketing funnel.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of 10-20 lead-generating events monthly: plan end-to-end (venue, vendors, budget), track KPIs in Salesforce, report results to sales and leadership, support tradeshows and the MDVIP National Meeting, and align events with sales pipeline goals.

Lead MDVIP's enterprise content strategy across channels, creating compliant, performance-driven storytelling to educate, engage, and convert patients, physicians, members, and affiliates. Manage a content team and creative partners, partner cross-functionally with Legal, Clinical, Marketing and Growth, govern content quality and compliance, and measure and optimize content performance using KPIs and AI tools.

Lead end-to-end delivery of website and online enrollment initiatives: own and prioritize technical product backlog, define user stories and metrics, run Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional delivery, champion AI-first workflows, manage releases, and ensure site reliability, security, performance, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Lead organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Build content calendars tied to SEO, produce short-form video and written posts, surface physician and patient stories, monitor brand health and sentiment, report on outcome-focused metrics, and collaborate with content and SEO teams to distribute high-value content while maintaining healthcare accuracy and editorial standards.

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to sell MDVIP memberships to patients, document all interactions in Salesforce, meet performance metrics, coordinate with affiliated physicians/staff, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.

Manage and scale paid search performance by developing acquisition strategies, running A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and bids, expanding keywords/audiences, collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to meet growth and CAC targets.

Lead clinical onboarding and Annual Wellness Program launches for new/replacement physician offices. Coordinate training schedules, lab and equipment training, AWP performance tracking, room setup, and cross-functional communication. Provide frontline support, deliver in-person and remote training, maintain training documentation, and monitor compliance and AWP completion metrics.

Manage a portfolio of physician practices across the DFW area, driving membership growth, revenue, retention, and physician/patient satisfaction through relationship management, data-driven growth plans, onboarding, and high-touch support. Regular in-territory travel and performance accountability required.

Lead marketing for physician transitions to MDVIP, owning messaging, creative, channel strategy and performance testing. Diagnose patient and physician pain points, prioritize enhancements, run pilots, optimize multi-channel cadences (email, mail, text, in-office), partner with physicians, report enrollment and engagement metrics to leadership, and keep playbooks current with consumer healthcare marketing trends.

Provide tier-one and tier-two support for athenaOne EHR, troubleshoot access/workflow/configuration issues, manage and document support tickets in Salesforce, analyze trends and root causes, assist with user provisioning and system validation, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.

Own the backlog and end-to-end delivery of analytics/data products: translate business needs into data models, user stories, and BI visualizations; run agile ceremonies; perform hands-on SQL/Python analysis; apply AI/LLM tools; define success metrics, validate via UAT and QA, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Manage end-to-end semi-monthly multi-state payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and compliance. Provide payroll reporting, system configuration support, process improvements, month-end close collaboration, year-end tax/W-2 activities, and mentorship for junior payroll staff. Lead projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and vendors to optimize payroll controls and accuracy.
