Manage end-to-end semi-monthly multi-state payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and compliance. Provide payroll reporting, system configuration support, process improvements, month-end close collaboration, year-end tax/W-2 activities, and mentorship for junior payroll staff. Lead projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and vendors to optimize payroll controls and accuracy.

Manage contact center staffing, forecasting, scheduling and campaign execution. Use NICE WFM, Salesforce, InContact and voiceshot to create lists, run bulk updates, produce reports, and monitor agent performance to meet service-level goals.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of 10-20 lead-generating events monthly: plan end-to-end (venue, vendors, budget), track KPIs in Salesforce, report results to sales and leadership, support tradeshows and the MDVIP National Meeting, and align events with sales pipeline goals.
