The role establishes standards, defines control and software behavior, analyzes faults and throughput, improves high-uptime operations, evaluates technical alternatives, and develops AI-enabled troubleshooting tools. Responsibilities also include managing multiple engineering projects, solving complex system issues, and collaborating across hardware, controls, software, process design, analytics, and operations.

Lead the company-wide evolution of reliability, platform, and infrastructure engineering across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Set architectural direction, improve distributed-system resilience and performance, strengthen cloud and runtime security, and mature incident response through automation and operational practices. Manage, mentor, and develop engineers while leading cross-functional initiatives spanning infrastructure, customer-facing platforms, AI and data systems, and fulfillment automation.
