Lead and manage reliability and maintenance of automated systems and controls, driving uptime, preventative maintenance, root-cause analysis, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across facility automation assets.

Maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment (PLCs, conveyors, robotics, VFDs), perform preventive and predictive maintenance (thermography, vibration analysis), lead root cause analyses, document work in CMMS, and ensure safety compliance (LOTO, robot guarding) to maximize uptime and reliability.

The IT Audit Project Lead will conduct independent audits, assess IT security controls, and build relationships with technology leaders while developing knowledge of custom-built systems.
