Oversee clinical functions and supervise mental health clinicians to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, best practices, and professional development. The role includes individual and group supervision, treatment-plan support, collaboration with quality and compliance teams, protocol monitoring, crisis intervention, and on-call coverage for clinical emergencies.

Supports classroom teachers by providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance to students. Responsibilities include tutoring, intervention implementation, behavior and academic data collection, classroom management, crisis response, student supervision, personal care, and transportation to and from school. The role collaborates with teachers, counselors, and behavioral staff while maintaining professional boundaries and student safety.

Conduct facility, personnel-file, training-record, vehicle, documentation, camera, and safety audits to ensure regulatory, licensing, contractual, and internal compliance. Perform walkthroughs and inspections, review client safety and supervision, prepare reports, identify trends, recommend corrective actions, support external audits, and participate in quality-improvement activities across behavioral health and social service programs.

Supervise clinicians and oversee behavioral health and substance use disorder services. Ensure regulatory, payer, accreditation, documentation, and quality standards; provide individual and group clinical supervision; guide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, risk management, evidence-based SUD care, and co-occurring disorder integration. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, quality assurance, compliance, and leadership while supporting audits, program development, and continuous improvement.

Provide school- and community-based mental health treatment to children and families, manage a caseload of 15–18, deliver individual/family therapy and group services, consult with interdisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention and on-call clinical support, maintain documentation, participate in supervision, trainings, QA and agency meetings.

Oversee clinical staff to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality mental health services. Provide individual and group supervision, collaborate with QA/Compliance, review treatment documentation and protocols, assist clinicians with treatment planning, provide crisis intervention and on-call clinical support, and coordinate with other department leaders.
