Lead McKinley's communications strategy and media relations, serve as chief writer/editor and spokesperson, manage crisis communications, oversee digital marketing, events, analytics, team leadership, and departmental budget to elevate brand and donor engagement.

Support Compliance and Mental Health departments by supervising Compliance Specialists, processing and auditing mental health documentation (IBHIS, Welligent, OMA, OQ Analyst, etc.), overseeing county billing/documentation, reconciling records, reporting deficiencies to leadership, coordinating procedural changes, managing PQI activities, training staff, and preparing files for audits.

Support classroom teacher by providing direct instructional assistance, behavior intervention, data collection, student supervision, and transportation. Implement intervention plans, assist with crisis response and physical restraints (as trained), tutor small groups, document progress, and collaborate with staff to support students with learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Provide school- and community-based mental health treatment to children and families, manage a caseload of 15–18, deliver individual/family therapy and group services, consult with interdisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention and on-call clinical support, maintain documentation, participate in supervision, trainings, QA and agency meetings.

Provide crisis intervention and behavior management for students, support program implementation, assist teaching teams with behavior plans, supervise transitions and instructional assistants, document incidents, and perform campus coverage and orientation for new students.

Oversee clinical staff to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality mental health care. Provide individual and group supervision, collaborate on documentation compliance, develop treatment plans, respond to crises, remain on-call for emergencies, and support program adherence to policies and governing bodies.

Provide clinical oversight and supervision of mental health clinicians and SUD services, ensuring regulatory compliance, integrated co-occurring care, treatment planning, evidence-based practices, documentation accuracy, multidisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement.

Review client records for documentation and billing compliance; track, reconcile, and correct billed claims; enter county billings and process denied claims; run reconciliation reports and prepare invoices; audit client charts monthly; assist staff with documentation corrections; organize records for audits and participate in performance and quality improvement activities.

Supervise and manage the TBS program and coaches, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop/revise treatment plans, oversee training and documentation, coordinate with county liaisons, participate in hiring, and lead quality improvement and outcome monitoring.

Supervise and ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance of mental health clinicians, provide individual and group supervision, collaborate with QA/compliance, assist treatment planning, respond to crises and remain on-call for clinical emergencies, and support interdepartmental coordination.
