Supervise clinicians and oversee behavioral health and substance use disorder services. Ensure regulatory, payer, accreditation, documentation, and quality standards; provide individual and group clinical supervision; guide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, risk management, evidence-based SUD care, and co-occurring disorder integration. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, quality assurance, compliance, and leadership while supporting audits, program development, and continuous improvement.

Provide clinical oversight and supervision of mental health clinicians and SUD services, ensuring regulatory compliance, integrated co-occurring care, treatment planning, evidence-based practices, documentation accuracy, multidisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement.

Support classroom teacher by providing direct instructional assistance, behavior intervention, data collection, student supervision, and transportation. Implement intervention plans, assist with crisis response and physical restraints (as trained), tutor small groups, document progress, and collaborate with staff to support students with learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Provide school- and community-based mental health treatment to children and families, manage a caseload of 15–18, deliver individual/family therapy and group services, consult with interdisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention and on-call clinical support, maintain documentation, participate in supervision, trainings, QA and agency meetings.

Oversee clinical operations for the Correctional Services Program at Twin Towers, providing on-site individual and group supervision, ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and collaboration with custody and county partners. Monitor documentation, lead training, conduct observations, and support program coordination to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care for justice-involved clients.

Oversee clinical staff to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality mental health services. Provide individual and group supervision, collaborate with QA/Compliance, review treatment documentation and protocols, assist clinicians with treatment planning, provide crisis intervention and on-call clinical support, and coordinate with other department leaders.

Review client records for documentation and billing compliance; track, reconcile, and correct billed claims; enter county billings and process denied claims; run reconciliation reports and prepare invoices; audit client charts monthly; assist staff with documentation corrections; organize records for audits and participate in performance and quality improvement activities.
