Lead McKinley's communications strategy and media relations, serve as chief writer/editor and spokesperson, manage crisis communications, oversee digital marketing, events, analytics, team leadership, and departmental budget to elevate brand and donor engagement.

Support Compliance and Mental Health departments by supervising Compliance Specialists, processing and auditing mental health documentation (IBHIS, Welligent, OMA, OQ Analyst, etc.), overseeing county billing/documentation, reconciling records, reporting deficiencies to leadership, coordinating procedural changes, managing PQI activities, training staff, and preparing files for audits.

Support classroom teacher by providing direct instructional assistance, behavior intervention, data collection, student supervision, and transportation. Implement intervention plans, assist with crisis response and physical restraints (as trained), tutor small groups, document progress, and collaborate with staff to support students with learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
