Support Compliance and Mental Health departments by supervising Compliance Specialists, processing and auditing mental health documentation (IBHIS, Welligent, OMA, OQ Analyst, etc.), overseeing county billing/documentation, reconciling records, reporting deficiencies to leadership, coordinating procedural changes, managing PQI activities, training staff, and preparing files for audits.

Provide individual and group therapy to seriously mentally ill inmates in correctional facilities, using evidence-based techniques; perform assessments, maintain EMR documentation, coordinate care with facility staff, attend interdisciplinary meetings, and work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Provide school- and community-based mental health treatment to children and families, manage a caseload of 15–18, deliver individual/family therapy and group services, consult with interdisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention and on-call clinical support, maintain documentation, participate in supervision, trainings, QA and agency meetings.
