Provides technical assistance to inbound customers selecting electronic test and measurement equipment, rental options, and financial solutions. Prepares quotes, negotiates pricing, follows up with customers, manages the sales pipeline, researches competition and markets, and develops client relationships. The role includes onsite training for up to six months, followed by a hybrid schedule in the Dallas area. Compensation includes base pay and uncapped commission.

Develop and close new and existing business selling and leasing modular buildings and classrooms to education and commercial accounts. Build relationships with manufacturers, architects, school administrators, and subcontractors; coordinate internal teams to deliver projects; maintain accurate records, meet sales quotas, and travel locally and multi-state for meetings and training.

Implement and maintain automated metrology programs, calibrate and manage laboratory standards inventory, develop calibration methods, automate processes to increase throughput and reduce costs, support LAN and lab software, assist personnel with troubleshooting, and provide production and after-hours support as needed.

Coordinate and oversee delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings; support sales and operations with scheduling, vendor/customer communication, reporting, billing, document retention, and project tracking. Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings; liaise with sales, vendors, customers and project teams; manage logistics, reporting, billing support, document retention, quotes and charge processes; provide customer service, problem solving, and administrative support to ensure projects complete on time.

Serve as the Oracle Fusion functional SME to design, configure, and support financial and related business processes. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and integrations (including Salesforce CPQ). Improve workflows, reporting, controls, and adoption while documenting BRDs, BR100/FSDs, test cases, and process maps. Drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled automation across ERP and connected systems.

Serve as the Salesforce CPQ SME to design, configure, and optimize quote-to-cash processes. Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Finance, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, document BRDs/FSDs, map processes, support UAT, manage integrations (Salesforce CPQ ↔ Oracle Fusion), improve pricing/approvals/discounts, drive user adoption, and implement automation and AI enhancements.

Sell portable storage solutions by generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound calls, prospecting, phone and occasional in-person meetings. Manage quotes and CRM records, collaborate with operations and inventory staff, meet sales quotas, and deliver excellent customer service.
