Coordinate and oversee delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings; support sales and operations with scheduling, vendor/customer communication, reporting, billing, document retention, and project tracking. Provide customer-facing support, negotiate with vendors/customers, run reports, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure timely project completion.

Serve as a Business Analyst bridging Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT across Salesforce CPQ and Oracle Fusion. Elicit and document requirements, map as‑is/to‑be processes, create BRDs/FSDs/user stories, support UAT and testing, recommend configuration changes, ensure data flows and integration integrity, and drive user adoption through training and documentation.

Lead vendor relationships and inventory strategy for rental equipment. Analyze historical data and market trends to set stock levels, negotiate purchases, support sales and marketing with product information and training, maintain inventory and web CMS entries, and attend vendor events and trade shows.
