Lead vendor relationships and inventory strategy for rental equipment. Analyze historical data and market trends to set stock levels, negotiate purchases, support sales and marketing with product information and training, maintain inventory and web CMS entries, and attend vendor events and trade shows.

Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings; liaise with sales, vendors, customers and project teams; manage logistics, reporting, billing support, document retention, quotes and charge processes; provide customer service, problem solving, and administrative support to ensure projects complete on time.

Serve as the Oracle Fusion functional SME to design, configure, and support financial and related business processes. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and integrations (including Salesforce CPQ). Improve workflows, reporting, controls, and adoption while documenting BRDs, BR100/FSDs, test cases, and process maps. Drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled automation across ERP and connected systems.
