Develop and close new and existing business selling and leasing modular buildings and classrooms to education and commercial accounts. Build relationships with manufacturers, architects, school administrators, and subcontractors; coordinate internal teams to deliver projects; maintain accurate records, meet sales quotas, and travel locally and multi-state for meetings and training.

Coordinate and oversee delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings; support sales and operations with scheduling, vendor/customer communication, reporting, billing, document retention, and project tracking. Provide customer-facing support, negotiate with vendors/customers, run reports, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure timely project completion.

Serve as a Business Analyst bridging Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT across Salesforce CPQ and Oracle Fusion. Elicit and document requirements, map as‑is/to‑be processes, create BRDs/FSDs/user stories, support UAT and testing, recommend configuration changes, ensure data flows and integration integrity, and drive user adoption through training and documentation.
