Provides technical assistance to inbound customers selecting electronic test and measurement equipment, rental options, and financial solutions. Prepares quotes, negotiates pricing, follows up with customers, manages the sales pipeline, researches competition and markets, and develops client relationships. The role includes onsite training for up to six months, followed by a hybrid schedule in the Dallas area. Compensation includes base pay and uncapped commission.

Leads operational and administrative activities across up to three branches in nine states, managing staff, logistics, vendors, contracts, billing, purchasing, fleet utilization, and customer relationships. Oversees P&L performance, project coordination, process standardization, and operational improvement. Partners with sales, production, and project teams, develops employees, negotiates contracts, and uses AI and automation to improve efficiency. Requires frequent inter-branch travel, hands-on leadership, financial acumen, and strong communication skills.

Travel extensively to support branches and job sites with operations, logistics, installations, training, and project coordination. Troubleshoot issues, lead escalations, standardize processes, support audits and compliance, and partner with sales, vendors, and customers to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement across multiple locations.
