Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, identify needs, resolve issues, document interactions in a CRM, build customer relationships, upsell products, and meet individual and team performance targets. The role also includes following communication scripts, attending training seminars, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction while pursuing sales growth.
