What You'll DoWelcome customers and create a world-class dealership experience.
Learn about customers' needs and recommend the right vehicle solution.
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
Conduct professional test drives and vehicle presentations.
Guide customers through the purchase process from start to finish.
Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
Work closely with sales managers to achieve personal and team goals.
Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Coachable and eager to learn.
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
$2,500 Monthly Salary Paid on 15th and 30th

What We Do
McGrath Automotive Group is a Northern Illinois automotive dealership group serving the Chicago area through locations in Morton Grove, Elgin, St. Charles, and Barrington. It sells new vehicles from Acura, Audi, Honda, Kia, and Volvo, alongside inspected used and certified pre-owned vehicles. The group also provides vehicle financing, leasing, factory-trained repair and maintenance, genuine OEM parts, trade-in valuation, and customer support.
