Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for Ramp Service Agents and Lead RSAs; develop training materials, tests, and compliance records; mentor, assess proficiency, and deliver remedial coaching. Support onboarding, safety, and station operations while maintaining training reports and ensuring regulatory badge/clearance requirements are met.

Support and lead station safety and quality initiatives for ground handling. Conduct trainings, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions; mentor staff and assist station Safety Manager to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

Support station operations by tracking attendance and discipline, managing badging and security processes, organizing records and training documentation, assisting event and irregular operations planning, and maintaining confidentiality while fostering a safe, inclusive team culture.

Perform GSE inspections, manage equipment allocations and staging, ensure repairs and vendor SLA compliance, investigate performance issues, educate teammates on safe equipment use, and support GSE standardization and process improvements.

Lead and manage a station training team to design, deliver, and evaluate ramp operations training. Oversee LMS records, trainer certification, compliance with airport and company regulations, safety integration, training equipment (VR/simulators), and cross-functional partnerships to ensure new hires meet operational standards. Coach trainers and improve program effectiveness through data analysis and continuous improvement.

Supervise airport ground operations including ramp, fleet, baggage and passenger services. Dispatch and monitor crews, prepare safety/operational briefings, investigate incidents, coach team members, ensure equipment readiness, maintain customer liaison, and support staffing and performance reporting.
