Leads onsite employee and labor relations for a 24/7 airport operation. Investigates workplace concerns, manages grievances and misconduct cases, advises leaders on performance management and corrective actions, administers collective bargaining agreements, partners with unions, ensures employment-law compliance, and supports engagement and workforce planning. The role may supervise HR staff, requires approximately 5% travel, and may involve alternate schedules.

Lead station administrative operations, overseeing badging, parking, attendance, engagement, and irregular-operations support. Ensure policy and regulatory compliance, approve station invoices, coach and develop staff, and drive a safety-first, inclusive culture while supporting station leadership and team-member lifecycle processes.

Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for Ramp Service Agents and Lead RSAs; develop training materials, tests, and compliance records; mentor, assess proficiency, and deliver remedial coaching. Support onboarding, safety, and station operations while maintaining training reports and ensuring regulatory badge/clearance requirements are met.

Support and lead station safety and quality initiatives for ground handling. Conduct trainings, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions; mentor staff and assist station Safety Manager to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

Supervise airport ground operations including ramp, fleet, baggage and passenger services. Dispatch and monitor crews, prepare safety/operational briefings, investigate incidents, coach team members, ensure equipment readiness, maintain customer liaison, and support staffing and performance reporting.
