Manage and deliver classroom and on-the-job training for airport operations staff, maintain training records, conduct observations and audits, identify remedial training needs, prepare reports, mentor team members, support safety and compliance initiatives, and ensure readiness for customer and regulatory requirements.

Supervise station administrative functions including attendance tracking, discipline, investigations, badging/security processes, reporting, team coaching, onboarding support, and administrative strategy. Ensure compliance with union agreements and pre-employment/badge requirements while fostering an inclusive, safety-focused station culture.

Lead a station training team to design, deliver, and evaluate ramp and ground-handling training programs, manage LMS compliance and records, mentor trainers, partner with operations and safety, and maintain training equipment and reporting.

Analyze staffing and productivity data, build forecasting and labor models, lead staffing cost controls and budget variance analysis, recommend improvements, support stations through visits and stakeholder communication, and deliver ad hoc workforce analytics projects.

Lead safety and quality assurance for ground-handling operations through audits, investigations, data analysis, and corrective action management. Drive SMS and ISAGO compliance, coach teams, update procedures, and support continuous improvement across stations.

Perform inspections, maintenance oversight, and reporting for ground service equipment (GSE); manage allocations, vendor repairs, audits, safety assessments, and training; investigate equipment issues and recommend process improvements; ensure equipment staging and return-to-service readiness while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
