Leads regional HR operations in 24/7 airport facilities, with primary responsibility for employee and labor relations. Advises leaders and employees, investigates complaints and misconduct, manages union relationships and collective bargaining agreement administration, supports performance management, ensures employment-law compliance, and develops engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives. Coaches HR professionals and operational leaders while supporting multiple locations and occasional alternate schedules and travel.

Supports station operations through attendance and discipline tracking, airport badging and security processes, event planning, recordkeeping, training documentation, and irregular operations support. Maintains confidential human resources records, ensures compliance with retention and completion requirements, and helps foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work varied shifts in an airport environment.

Supervises airport ground-handling operations, including ramp, fleet, baggage, and crew assignments. Monitors safety and performance metrics, prepares operational reports and briefings, coordinates irregular operations, investigates incidents, manages corrective actions, and coaches team members. Ensures equipment availability and safe operation while maintaining effective communication with customers, leadership, and diverse operational teams. Requires flexible scheduling, physical handling capabilities, and airport security clearance eligibility.

Manage aviation station safety operations, leading Duty Managers, Safety Specialists, and GSE Specialists. Ensure compliance with OSHA, FAA, and TSA requirements; oversee inspections, audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, safety training, safety KPIs, equipment management, drug-testing protocols, and safety committee activities. Partner with customers and station leadership to mitigate risks, improve operational safety, and maintain a compliant ground-handling environment.

Dispatch and monitor crews, prepare safety/operational briefings, investigate incidents, coach team members, ensure equipment readiness, maintain customer liaison, and support staffing and performance reporting.
