Lead HR function and teams, build people strategies aligned with business goals, oversee labor relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational design, performance, compensation, compliance, employee relations, and culture; partner with senior leaders and operations to drive retention and operational capability.

Manage and deliver classroom and on-the-job training for airport operations staff, maintain training records, conduct observations and audits, identify remedial training needs, prepare reports, mentor team members, support safety and compliance initiatives, and ensure readiness for customer and regulatory requirements.

Supervise station administrative functions including attendance tracking, discipline, investigations, badging/security processes, reporting, team coaching, onboarding support, and administrative strategy. Ensure compliance with union agreements and pre-employment/badge requirements while fostering an inclusive, safety-focused station culture.
