Teams at McGee Air Services

Leads onsite HR operations across airport facilities, with primary responsibility for employee and labor relations. Investigates workplace concerns, manages disputes, supports union relationships and collective bargaining agreements, guides performance management, ensures employment-law compliance, and coaches leaders. The role also develops engagement, retention, inclusion, and workforce-planning initiatives while managing and developing HR professionals in a 24/7 operational environment.

Supports station-level HR operations, including employee relations investigations, attendance and reliability accountability, coaching and discipline documentation, team member assistance, labor relations, open enrollment, training, and other HR projects. Maintains confidentiality, interprets policies and collective bargaining provisions, resolves workplace issues, and partners with station leadership to promote an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Supports station operations through attendance and discipline tracking, airport badging and security processes, event planning, recordkeeping, training documentation, and irregular operations support. Maintains confidential human resources records, ensures compliance with retention and completion requirements, and helps foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work varied shifts in an airport environment.
