Manages subcontract execution from sourcing and tendering through negotiation, award, administration, invoicing, risk and change management, reporting, and commercial closeout. The role develops subcontract execution plans, coordinates with engineering, construction, and project management teams, oversees subcontractor performance, maintains compliance and audit trails, manages documentation and payments, and leads subcontract policies, procedures, and team development.

Architect and govern ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB across enterprise environments. Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSDM adoption, CI data modeling, lifecycle management, governance, quality, reconciliation, integrations, and audit controls. Ensure CMDB serves as a trusted source of IT asset and service data, aligned with ITSM processes. Drive cloud and monitoring integrations, automation, and AI capabilities while advising stakeholders on ServiceNow architecture.

Manages procurement administration, including vendor prequalification, supplier performance measurement, invoice dispute resolution, subcontract documentation, and procurement system activities. Maintains stock movement records, prepares monthly inventory reports, and manages spare-part availability. Supports the Supply Chain Admin Supervisor, assists less experienced administrators, identifies issues, and escalates problems. Requires procurement-to-pay and shared-service experience, knowledge of IT equipment ordering, Unifi processes, and strong organizational skills.
