Manages core HR operations across performance management, employee relations, onboarding, total rewards, mobility, training, recognition, reporting, and offboarding. Resolves complex cases, applies policy judgment, maintains HR data accuracy and compliance, supports global processes, partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, and leads process improvements. Provides guidance and mentoring to HR team members while ensuring consistent execution across HR systems.

Manages HSES policies, regulatory compliance, training, audits, risk reviews, incident investigations, subcontractor oversight, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role leads HSES personnel, ensures implementation of company procedures, supports management-of-change activities, and verifies compliance across projects and operations. Candidates need substantial energy-industry HSE experience, a relevant degree, NEBOSH Diploma, ISO lead-auditor experience, and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Provides day-to-day administrative support, including preparing and proofreading documents, producing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings and travel, maintaining schedules and filing systems, handling communications and mail, processing timesheets and requests, and assisting employees and managers with general administrative needs.
