The Chief Clinical Officer will lead clinical strategy, quality standards, ethical and evidence-based care, compliance, family experience, clinical education, and leadership development across a multi-site pediatric therapy organization. Responsibilities include quality assurance, outcomes tracking, staffing and resource planning, executive reporting, and mentoring clinical leaders. The role is remote but requires travel to Michigan up to 50% of the time if not local.

Leads daily nursing operations in an inpatient psychiatric setting, supporting patient safety, quality care, staffing, scheduling, compliance, documentation, and workflow. Provides coaching, training, performance support, crisis response, incident follow-up, and policy implementation. Serves as a leadership presence when the Director of Nursing is absent and provides direct patient care as needed. Requires a Michigan RN license, psychiatric nursing experience, behavioral health experience, leadership experience, a BSN or higher, and CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification.

Develops, supports, and modernizes enterprise Oracle reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytics solutions. Translates stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, writes and optimizes SQL, builds OTBI and OBIEE reporting solutions, creates BI Publisher models and templates, validates data, troubleshoots discrepancies, manages report security, and supports testing, deployment, production operations, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Provides general anesthesiology care across orthopedic, urology, obstetric, and healthy pediatric cases in a collaborative practice. The role includes a manageable 1:7 weekend call rotation, protected post-call time, and a balanced schedule without neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed an accredited residency. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are considered.

Leads hospital-wide risk management, compliance, ethics, patient safety, incident investigations, litigation support, and risk-reduction initiatives. Partners with executive leaders, providers, nursing teams, and staff to improve accountability, regulatory compliance, patient outcomes, and interdisciplinary relationships. The role reports to the CEO and requires healthcare leadership experience, an RN license, and risk or compliance expertise.

Manage tax compliance, consulting, and advisory engagements for privately held businesses and pass-through entities. Responsibilities include technical tax research, federal and state tax planning, client relationship ownership, engagement profitability, billing and collections, and staff supervision and development. The role also involves reviewing complex tax matters, advising business owners, supporting firm initiatives, and contributing to long-term tax practice growth.
