Provide direct weekend care in a long-term care or assisted living facility: assist with ADLs and mobility, monitor vital signs and intake, document care in the EHR, ensure resident safety and comfort, engage residents, and collaborate with nursing staff.

Lead and oversee nursing department operations in a healthcare or long-term care facility. Manage, mentor, and recruit nursing staff; ensure regulatory compliance; develop and evaluate individualized care plans; coordinate with clinical teams; manage budgets, staffing, and supplies; lead quality improvement and emergency preparedness; serve as primary contact for residents and families.

Provides direct patient care under RN or physician supervision in long-term care or assisted living: administers medications, performs wound and basic nursing care, monitors vitals, assists with ADLs, documents care, communicates with care team and families, follows infection control, and advocates for residents.

Provide direct patient care in a healthcare or long-term care facility: assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, perform clinical procedures (wound care, IV therapy, catheter care), document in EHR, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and advocacy.
