Supports construction project management teams through contract administration, project controls, database and file management, closeout coordination, and project administration. Establishes projects and budgets in Procore, processes contracts and change orders, manages documentation, coordinates closeout deliverables, provides status updates, and supports meetings and jobsite logistics. Trains and mentors Project Coordinators, improves procedures, and occasionally travels to offices and project sites.

Supports the Risk and Legal team with business registrations, contractor licensing, background-check compliance, vendor setup, prequalification, contract administration, database and document management. Coordinates agreements, compliance reporting, proposal documentation, meetings, calendars, and special projects while maintaining vendor systems and records.

Provide MEP design and construction expertise across preconstruction and operations: review drawings and specs, assist estimating and long-lead tracking, coordinate trade partners and consultants, support bidding and buyout, attend coordination and site meetings, troubleshoot construction issues, and advise on rebates and incentives.
