Manages the company lobby, welcomes and directs visitors, answers calls, handles mail and shipments, orders office supplies, manages building access, schedules conference rooms and company vehicles, maintains directories and inventories, supports meetings, events, field craft activities, and special projects, and prepares expenditure reports. Provides a professional first impression and assists with urgent situations outside normal work hours when needed.

Directs construction operations across field, office, and self-perform teams to ensure project execution, staffing, quality, safety, schedule, budget, and profitability. Oversees project risk mitigation, financial forecasting, performance reporting, client and trade-partner relationships, recruiting, associate development, succession planning, and business development. Collaborates with executives and support departments from project pursuit through closeout, with accountability for self-perform market-sector performance.

Implements health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple construction sites. Supports project teams and trade partners, conducts safety audits and incident investigations, analyzes safety statistics, ensures hazard mitigation, develops site-specific work plans, and delivers safety orientations and training. Requires strong knowledge of construction safety standards, leadership, communication, and the ability to work independently across active jobsites.
