Trim, drill, and grind composite parts to specifications; maintain trim fixtures and trim booth filters; keep a clean, safe work area; read basic blueprints and measuring tools; lift up to 50 lbs; perform other assigned production tasks.

Build, repair, and maintain trim and assembly fixtures, metal mold/tool frames, and prototype/first-article parts per engineering drawings. Laminate and sand fiberglass molds, weld steel components, inspect and document non-conformities, coordinate repairs with production, and produce dimensionally accurate wood patterns.

Work in the Lamination area producing composite parts: remove air voids, ensure parts meet thickness and quality specs, correct defects, pop and pull parts, assist production, follow PPE and safety rules.

Lead setup, optimize and scale a new poly tank production cell: execute floor layouts, stabilize throughput, manage technicians/welders, maintain equipment and safety, track KPIs (DLE, yield, quality), support cost tracking and commercial growth.
