Build, repair, and maintain trim and assembly fixtures, metal mold/tool frames, and prototype/first-article parts per engineering drawings. Laminate and sand fiberglass molds, weld steel components, inspect and document non-conformities, coordinate repairs with production, and produce dimensionally accurate wood patterns.

Lead and improve engineering processes for composite product and tooling development. Manage tooling lifecycle, mentor and recruit engineers, interface with customers, prepare quotes, and ensure products meet production and quality standards.

Work in the Lamination area producing composite parts: remove air voids, ensure parts meet thickness and quality specs, correct defects, pop and pull parts, assist production, follow PPE and safety rules.
