Drive food service sales growth across Kolkata by managing distributors, expanding HORECA customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining commercial and stock hygiene. The role includes distributor development, customer acquisition, claims management, sales reporting, trade promotions, product listings, sampling initiatives, and leadership of promoters and supervisors. It also requires collaboration with internal teams to execute business plans and expand McCain’s market presence.

Develops and executes category growth strategies for McCain’s Own Label portfolio across Retail and Foodservice. Analyzes market, shopper, loyalty, panel, customer, and operator data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Creates customer recommendations, assortment plans, product proposals, and category reviews while partnering with commercial, marketing, innovation, and analytics teams. Builds customer relationships and supports data-driven selling tools and propositions across UK and European markets.

Coordinates Compass Phase 2 testing and digital transformation implementation across R&D and business stakeholders. Manages testing progress, issue resolution, risks, data readiness, reporting, process documentation, training materials, user communications, and adoption activities. Supports alignment between Digital Technology, project teams, and business leaders while creating reusable implementation assets and transferring knowledge for long-term transformation success.
