Improve efficiency, quality, and productivity of filling lines through analysis, root-cause problem solving, and end-to-end improvement projects. Monitor production processes, propose and implement technical and organizational improvements, and act as backup to the filling production manager.

Coordinate SAP and business-application incidents, requests and enhancements; triage, prioritise and assign tickets; liaise with stakeholders and third-party providers; capture and document business requirements and benefits; support access management, reporting, and continuous improvement of support processes.

Plan and schedule short- and medium-term production orders, coordinate with procurement, customer service, operations and subcontractors, manage downtime and launches, update planning parameters in SAP, monitor schedule conformance and drive corrective actions, and maintain stakeholder communication and department continuity.

Lead and develop a multi-country Chief Accountants team, ensure timely and accurate month-end group consolidation and statutory reporting under IFRS/FRS101, manage group and local audits, provisions, internal controls, tax compliance, and support M&A and pension accounting matters.

Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis for the Liquids division, support forecasting, budgeting and integrated planning cycles, prepare stakeholder reporting packs, drive reporting automation and standardisation, and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Maintain and create master data in SAP for components and finished goods, manage BOMs and routings, support new product launches, control product/material statuses, and produce related reports to enable procurement and production planning.

Support Senior Operator to meet departmental KPIs by operating and monitoring production machinery, following SOPs and safety procedures, identifying quality faults, assisting with changeovers, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation while contributing to waste reduction and continuous improvement.

Provide first-line IT support and local IT coordination for the Strzelce site: manage incidents via ITSM, troubleshoot hardware/software/network, install and maintain devices, manage assets and vendors, support IT projects, assist disaster recovery, deliver user training, and promote service improvement and business continuity.

Customer-facing role coordinating sales administrative activities across product launches, promotions, offers, events and customer material info. Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to manage SAP workflows, samples, project plans, stock, and commercial documentation to ensure timely, profitable product launches and promotions.

Improve filling line efficiency and quality by analyzing production processes, leading technical and organizational improvement projects, solving root causes, ensuring safety and ergonomics, and acting as backup to the filling production manager.

Negotiate contracts and tenders, develop joint business and key account plans, monitor performance vs. budget, lead cross-functional projects, improve processes, manage forecasting collaboration with Demand Planning, and provide market and customer expertise across the organization.

Configure and maintain SAP finance applications, design solutions from requirements, deliver project work (blueprint, testing), lead or coach teams, perform 3rd-line support, implement upgrades/service packs, produce documentation and training, and contribute to business process design.
