Coordinates customer offers, product launches, product lifecycle activities, commercial agreements, pricing updates, reports, and customer support. Acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely product development, production, delivery, promotional activity, and phase-out management. Prepare annual accounts, financial statements, trial balances, and statutory filings under Belgian accounting standards. Manage general ledger activities, fixed assets, provisions, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, VAT, Intrastat, and tax reporting. Coordinate internal and external audits, support tax inspections, and ensure accurate, compliant financial data. The role requires collaboration with auditors, advisors, internal stakeholders, and Group finance teams.

Provides repetitive administrative support for disputes officers by creating supplementary and replacement invoices, processing price dispute rejections according to established guidelines, and registering incoming disputes. This is a six-month fixed-term role within an international FMCG business, focused on improving efficiency and enabling disputes officers to concentrate on analysis and resolution.

Procures raw materials and components to support production, including raising purchase orders, managing suppliers, monitoring deliveries, maintaining SAP planning parameters, resolving shortages and payment issues, evaluating supplier performance, and reducing material costs. The role coordinates with purchasing, production, quality, R&D, logistics, and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and optimize inventory, lead times, minimum order quantities, and stock levels.

Supervises a team of five Purchase-to-Pay Associates, overseeing invoice processing, supplier queries, workload allocation, KPIs, service levels, financial controls, and operational reporting. Acts as a PTP subject matter expert and escalation point while supporting training, stakeholder relationships, and service continuity. Drives continuous improvement through Lean principles, process optimization, and right-first-time practices across high-volume shared-services transactions.

Configure and support SAP FICO across S/4HANA and ECC, translating business requirements into system solutions. Responsibilities include application development, project delivery, testing, upgrades, documentation, training, third-line support, business process design, and coaching team members. The role collaborates with SAP analysts and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and may require travel to other company locations.

Own commercial finance partnering for contract manufacturing customers, including open-book pricing, conversion-cost updates, customer P&Ls, business cases, capex, forecasting, budgeting, five-year planning, S&OP analysis, and financial controls. Partner with Sales, Operations, Costing, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve profitability, support customer negotiations, monetize services, and drive cost-efficient capacity decisions.
