Lead end-to-end client program implementations: discovery, planning, execution, and go-live. Align stakeholders, design solutions with internal teams, manage risks, track deliverables, drive adoption, and implement scalable processes and change management to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Manage organic and paid social, demand generation campaigns, and content/creative production to drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Create short-form content, basic graphics and short video edits; launch and optimize paid LinkedIn; support events, webinars, and sales enablement. Partner with marketing leadership, product marketing, sales, and external vendors to execute multi-touch campaigns, track performance, and scale programs.

Sell MBO Partners contingent workforce solutions to new enterprise logos. Build territory plans, network at industry events, lead complex, team-based sales cycles, craft proposals/RFP responses, manage contracts, and maintain Salesforce pipeline to meet quarterly and annual quota targets.
