Provide clinical and administrative support to Community Support Workers, review and approve CSW notes, deliver individual/family/group therapy (minimum 10 billable hours/week), prepare assessments and treatment plans, coordinate care, assist with clinical training development, and ensure compliance with DC behavioral health standards.

Provide housing-focused case management for chronically homeless individuals and families using a Housing First approach. Conduct outreach, intake, service planning, home/unit visits, enrollments, data entry into HTH, goal tracking, referrals, and regular face-to-face contacts. Maintain records, produce reports, attend trainings and supervision, and coordinate with landlords and partner agencies to sustain permanent supportive housing.

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, deliver therapeutic services and assessments, support program operations and compliance, develop staff training, expand community services, ensure regulatory adherence, and complete required billable hours.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR records, compliance, and employee relations. Support hiring managers, facilitate background checks and new-hire orientation, administer benefits and open enrollment, prepare HR reports, and assist with HR projects, training, and day-to-day HR operations to promote engagement and retention.

Provide onsite clinical leadership and supervision for the Returning Citizens Division. Oversee staff training, evaluate clinical documentation, deliver therapeutic services, develop and expand programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staff performance. Deliver direct clinical services, conduct assessments, provide consultation, and ensure team productivity and quality of care.

Provide community-based recovery support by assessing client needs, developing individualized recovery plans, teaching symptom management and daily living skills, conducting at least three daily face-to-face contacts, supporting clients in crises, assisting with benefits applications, and linking clients to community supports and services.

Assign and monitor Personal Care Aides using the Axxess scheduling system, review electronic timesheets, support and supervise aides, coordinate with clinical and office teams, maintain accurate electronic records, and provide backup payroll/EVV support while ensuring HIPAA compliance and excellent customer service.

Provide vocational support and job development to behavioral health consumers: create and monitor Individual Service Plans, perform situational assessments, develop community job sites, coach job-seeking skills, document progress, coordinate with providers, and maintain HIPAA-compliant case records.

Provide administrative and operational support to the clinical team, manage and track Plans of Care and clinical documentation, communicate with clients and physicians, maintain records in electronic systems, assist with incident reporting and daily office tasks, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with agency policies.

Provide direct ACT services at least 50% of time, supervise staff, ensure Medicaid/TMACT compliance, lead quality assurance, manage budget and billing, handle crisis response, and build community partnerships to support clients with severe mental illness.
