Handle sophisticated consumer class action litigation, primarily data breach matters, including case investigation, pleadings, motions, briefs, strategy, client communication, court appearances, mediation, settlement, and deadline management. The attorney will coordinate litigation teams, work with partners and co-counsel, and progressively assume independent ownership of cases. Responsibilities also include developing potential matters and contributing to original case and business development.

Partner-level attorney to manage a high-volume plaintiff-side consumer class action docket (primarily data-breach matters). Lead litigation strategy, supervise associates and law clerks, handle motion-to-dismiss briefing, manage settlements, coordinate with local/co-counsel, resolve consolidation and lead-counsel disputes, and mentor junior attorneys.

Provide sophisticated estate planning, drafting, trust and estate administration, and federal/state estate and gift tax advice for high-net-worth individuals and families. Develop wealth transfer, succession, and charitable planning strategies; perform complex legal research; draft and review planning instruments; collaborate across offices; manage multiple matters while ensuring high-quality, responsive client service.

Work on all stages of commercial litigation for national and international clients: case strategy, discovery and e-discovery management, motion practice, brief writing, and courtroom participation. Associates (2–5 years) receive mentorship and early responsibility including depositions, hearings, and oral argument opportunities within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Advise clients on complex energy infrastructure and transmission transactions, draft and negotiate power purchase, interconnection, and electric service agreements, handle transmission and large-load project matters, and collaborate with regulatory and transactional teams on industry-specific energy deals.
