Serve as the primary HR business partner for Carolinas offices, managing employee relations and investigations, advising leadership on personnel and performance decisions, supporting recruiting/onboarding, administering evaluations and compensation reviews, developing HR policies, ensuring federal and state compliance, and leading employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with the broader HR team.

Manage law firm billing: edit pre-bill narratives, adjust fees/costs, transfer time/cost entries, execute billing in Aderant, and ensure invoices meet client e-billing requirements while providing professional client service.

Provide litigation-focused paralegal support: prepare and file pleadings, conduct legal research, review and summarize records, manage case timelines and files, assist with trial preparation, communicate with stakeholders, and provide administrative support to attorneys.

Designs, builds, and deploys production AI agents, agentic workflows, and API integrations across Microsoft and legal enterprise systems. Partners with attorneys and leadership to prioritize, govern, and scale AI solutions while enforcing security, compliance, and data governance.

Provide litigation case management for the defense team: docketing, filing pleadings, coordinating large-scale discovery and document productions, preparing exhibits, supporting witness and expert preparation, and managing trial technology and logistics.
