Provide administrative case management and litigation support including formatting and filing legal documents, drafting contracts, pleadings, motions and appellate documents, maintaining discovery and pleadings indexes, organizing exhibits/evidence, assisting with discovery and settlements, and liaising with trial teams and third parties.

Designs, builds, and deploys production AI agents, agentic workflows, and API integrations across Microsoft and legal enterprise systems. Partners with attorneys and leadership to prioritize, govern, and scale AI solutions while enforcing security, compliance, and data governance.

Provide litigation case management for the defense team: docketing, filing pleadings, coordinating large-scale discovery and document productions, preparing exhibits, supporting witness and expert preparation, and managing trial technology and logistics.

Provide paralegal support for commercial real estate and finance transactions: coordinate closings, draft and review loan and closing documents, prepare UCC filings, review title/survey/zoning reports, manage post-closing recording and files in document management systems, and track billable time and matter organization for up to four attorneys.
